Is it safe/recommended to travel to Armenia after war with Azerbaijan?

Is it safe/recommended to travel to Armenia in 2021 after the war the Azerbaijan .It is a nation, and former Soviet republic, in the mountainous Caucasus region between Asia and Europe. Armenia went into war with Azerbaijan in early 2020 which ended in the month of oct 2020 .

In early 2020, Azerbiajan and Armenia went into war . The war took place because of disputed enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh . In 2020 Aremnia tourism was hit with War and COVID 19. Though 2020 was quite difficult for world due to COVID, but Armenia at-least were able to put an end to the war with the help of Russia 🙂

Generally, Armenia is safe to travel to and Yerevan is really not a dangerous city to be in. However, even though crime rates in Armenia are not through the roof, it is still recommended that you remain vigilant at all times, especially at night.

Well it is absolutely safe and recommended to travel to Armenia in 2021 after the war with Azerbaijan as the war came to an end and Armenia has also put a good check on the spread of COVID 19. Armenia is a beautiful country with more beautiful people and heritage . There are restrictions of tourists travelling to places where there is still dispute but other parts are as safe as yours:)

A ceasefire agreement has been signed between Armenia and Azerbaijan to end the military action in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone. Some territory under Azerbaijani control post-conflict was closed to the general public .As part of the agreement a Russian peacekeeping operation has been deployed to the area and will monitor Armenian populated areas of Nagorno-Karabakh and the Lachin Corridor.
