Now officially known as French Polynesia, Tahiti is an independent overseas nation of the French Republic.

ETIS approval to travel to Tahiti

The government of French Polynesia instructs the presentation of a health form for all visitors joining French Polynesia by air. This pleasantry is in addition to the existingentry requirements for foreigners on the Polynesian territory. This formality is in force since July 12, 2020 (Order n° 525 CM of May 13, 2020 modified concerning entry measures and sanitary surveillance of arrivals in French Polynesia in the framework of the fight against covid-19) for an indefinite period.

The health form is only available on the websitewww.etis.pf. It is compulsory for all resident and non-resident travellers and must be presented at check-in to the airline for boarding to Polynesia.

We remind you that your application for entry into Polynesia will only be completed upon receipt of either your approved ETIS receipt or your conditional ETIS receipt (subject to validation of your compelling reason).
