Contract Agreement

Effective Date: April 13, 2021

Between: Lestac, a company registered and operating in India (“Lestac”)

And: Lestacnora Bali, a company registered and operating in Indonesia (“Lestacnora Bali”)

Subject: Appointment of Lestac as Representative of Lestacnora Bali in India

Overview: Lestacnora Bali DMC is excited to announce our expansion into the Indian market with the valued partnership of Lestac. This Agreement, entered into on April 13, 2021, formalizes the collaboration between Lestac and Lestacnora Bali DMC.

Representing Rights: Lestacnora Bali hereby grants Lestac the exclusive representing rights to act as its official representative in India. This empowers Lestac to facilitate travel services provided by Lestacnora Bali DMC to agents and clients in India.

Payment Collection: Lestac is duly authorized to collect payments on behalf of Lestacnora Bali DMC for services rendered to Indian agents. Payments for services shall be made directly to Lestac in the currency specified in the invoice provided by Lestacnora Bali DMC.

Bank Account Details: Lestac shall furnish Indian agents with the requisite bank account details for remitting payments. All payments shall be made in the currency specified in the invoice and shall be transferred to Lestac’s designated Indian bank account.

Communication: Lestacnora Bali DMC shall engage in seamless communication with Indian agents, providing necessary assistance and support from its expert team based in Indonesia. All correspondence, including inquiries, bookings, and assistance, shall be facilitated through Lestacnora Bali DMC’s dedicated team in Indonesia.

Confidentiality: Both parties commit to upholding the confidentiality of any proprietary information exchanged during the term of this agreement.

Term and Termination: This Agreement shall commence on the effective date and shall remain valid until terminated by either party with 180 days’ prior written notice. Upon termination, all representing rights granted herein shall cease, and Lestac shall no longer collect payments on behalf of Lestacnora Bali DMC.

Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be subject to arbitration in Indonesia.
